New race fees for 2018

The North Shore Triathlon has always take pride in offering a safe and friendly race at the most reasonable of cost.

However, over the last few years we have absorbed numerous cost increases, most notably the full traffic control cost to support closing part of Mt. Seymour Parkway to traffic. As a result, for the first time in many years, we are increasing our race fees.

Adult, Junior & Draft Legal Fees: TriBC members will now have a base entry fee of $70, this is a $10 increase over last year. All Non-TriBC members will pay an extra $15 (compared to TriBC members) which is entirely for insurance. As in past years the race fees will increase as we get closer to race day.

Kids of Steel: Kids aged 15 and under who are members will now have an entry fee of $40, this is a $2 increase over last year. All Non-TriBC members will pay an extra $5 (compared to TriBC members) which is entirely for insurance. As in past years the race fees will increase as we get closer to race day.

We look forward to seing you all at this years race and please direct any questions to racedirector@northshoretriathlon.ca.

2018 Race Registration will open December 1st!

We are putting the final touches on our 2018 race plans and registration will open on December 1st, 2017 for all race divisions.

Our complimentary clinic will be returning after a successful inaugural year. We are making a few tweaks and offering an expanded format to better help you get race ready. Stay tuned for more detail over the next few weeks.

Celebrating how we give back!

For almost 30 years the North Shore Triathlon has been proud to support the local community with proceeds from the race. Over the years we have donated over $210,000 to local organizations and this would not be possible without the generous and loyal support of our sponsors, volunteers and athletes!

In 2015 we created the Rob Leviton Memorial bursary to recognize outstanding students who are committed to continued education. We have now awarded a total of 7 bursaries to dynamic students who exemplify community stewardship, complimented by strong athletic and academic achievement.
